Looks like Lourdes Leon, daughter of Madonna, has found her own Material Girl—or at least, Material Muse. It’s just been announced that The Pretty Reckless’s fierce frontwoman, Taylor Momsen, will be the face of Lourdes’ new clothing line at Macys. Madge’s offspring plus Miss Momsen—will you rock out in their clothes?
Yesterday, I asked which star is learning the lesson that greatness comes with a grueling schedule (especially if you want to be the next Madonna.)
“My first day on tour, I remember saying ‘I’m so tired—this is so much.’ Then I thought, What the f*ck? You asked for this—you prayed to God to tour like Madonna.”
And the answer is . . . Rihanna! It’s a tough life, RiRi, but somebody’s gotta live it. So maybe it’s time to just “shut up and drive.”
Most tweens can’t stand to be around their mothers, but Lourdes is going to be spending a lot of time with mom Madonna in future: the two are launching a line for juniors at Macy’s together. No design details have been released, but here’s hoping it doesn’t involve cone bras, tutus, or leather catsuits.

Just about every celeb in Hollywood will be making an appearance, with live performances from Beyoncé, Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake and Keith Urban. Now that’s true star power. Don’t forget to watch!
The stars were out at the NYC Nine premiere on Tuesday night, but no one shined as brightly as Madonna’s daughter Lourdes. Madge’s thirteen year old mini-me rocked a funky black-and-white look accented by neon green nail polish. Considering the girl can make even braces look cute, I think it’s safe to say the Jr. Material Girl is destined to be a fashion icon.
It’s official: The Material Girl herself gave the go-ahead for a Madonna-themed episode on Fox’s Glee! The epi is set to air early next year, and I for one can’t wait to see what the talented cast does with her iconic songbook. Since we won’t get our Glee fix at the Macy’s Day Parade—NBC cut the rival-network stars from the Thanksgiving celebration—at least we Gleeks have this to look forward to. Get ready to Express Yourself, and get Into The Groove. Even if you’re Like a (Glee) Virgin, you should plan on tuning in.
