I think ,and that’s my opinion, that they are just friends for obvious reasons : apparantly not that obvious for most people. Hollywood is what it is still and roles have to be played in order to survive.
I’m sure they are the best of friends, they both look like decent people coming from good families.
Best of luck to them and friendship is as important if not more than being someone’s lover.
