Last week’s coat room quickie was just the beginning for S and N…and it looks like D and V could be the next to start a mid-March heatwave. All that and Little J has found herself a dangerous new D. Where will you be tonight at 9/8 c? I’ll be keeping an eye on the steamiest side of the S-N-B love triangle, and you should too. Whenever S and N get together, a gossip-worthy scandal is never far behind… Now that the Oscars are over, watch “The Hurt Locket” tonight on the CW, and see who gets hurt—and who goes home a winner.
It’s a beautiful crisp day on the Upper East Side. Sadly, that’s not the case for the residents of Haiti. Before you go out and drop $100 on lunch at Tao, or even think about buying that Valentino handbag from Bergdorf’s, consider what that money could do to benefit a country where thousands have lost their lives and millions have been ravaged by its worst earthquake in 200 years.
Actress/Singer/Philanthropist Selena Gomez has the right idea. As the youth ambassador for UNICEF, Ms. Gomez is encouraging everyone to stop what they are doing and donate. Whether you can give 5 cents or $5 million (I’m looking at you, C,) every little bit counts.

If there’s ever a time I don’t mind the blistering cold of a New York City winter, it’s the few short weeks in December when the city comes alive with the sights and smells of the holiday season. Whether it’s romantic Central Park carriage rides, ice skating under the twinkling tree in Rockefeller Center, or sipping indulgent hot chocolate at Serendipity 3, New York City is the place to be during the holidays. But after the stockings are removed from our marble fireplaces, and the last scent of pine disappears from our sprawling penthouses, there’s only one thing left to do: reflect on the past year.
Don’t worry. No matter what kind of trouble you’ve gotten yourself into, nothing can quite top the escapades of our favorite celebs. Over the next week and a half, I’ll be taking a look at 2009s biggest scandals, fashion missteps, and hot messes. Think of it as a guide to your New Year’s resolutions, and before you pop a bottle of Louis Roederer, ponder the choices you’ll make in 2010. Remember, I’ll be watching…

Lily van der Woodsen wants to host the perfect Thanksgiving dinner, so she invites the entire island of Manhattan (and parts of Brooklyn) to an “intimate gathering.” They say too many cooks spoil the soup—but what happens when there’s too many heads at the table? One thing’s for certain at the Van der Woodsen/Humphrey household: heaping portions of drama with a side of scandal and a slice of awkward pie.
