Spotted: The lawyers for Abecrombie & Fitch stomping their feet over Beyonce’s new scent, and no, they were not doing the choreography for Single Ladies. They think Beyonce’s fragrance “Sasha Fierce” will be confusing for customers of their “Fierce” scent. Smells like survival of the fiercest to me….

As if! After her new CD, I think it will be hard to confuse Sasha Fierce with some Abercombie perfume. I think they’re just afraid she would out-sell them.
This reminds me of when Spike Lee sued the tv station Spike TV. Really, do you have to be so conceited? Don’t care for Beyonce’s music myself, but she’s gonna outsell them regardless of the name of her perfume.
